We visited two closer dealers first and in both we were completely ignored. No one welcomed us or offered to show us a brochure or answer questions. In VW of Langhorne we were greeted by a friendly welcoming receptionist who found us the sals person we needed to explore our interest in a new Passat. Jim Lazarides was generous with is time and expertise even though we didn't have an appointment. We originally wanted a 2012 model and he was diligent in attempting to track down an existing vehicle with the specifications we were interested in. Because of the timing, there were simply none available in the right model and color. He explained the ordering process and was diligent in being sure we had everything we wanted. We felt he was honest and extremely helpful and upfront about costs - no high pressure persuasion! Our new 2013 Passat has been ordered and we are very excited as we anticipate delivery day! I had a very good experience at Langhorne VW. I was introduce to Max Colish via an internet query and chat. He found the car I wanted, initially, and was flexible after I changed my mind from automatic to manual transmission. During the selection and buying process Max was responsive both via phone and email. The car arrived at your dealership late yesterday afternoon and Max quickly got the car inspected and detailed so I could pick it up last night. An experience I enjoyed very much.

My experience with Rocco is the best experience in a business managers office I have ever had. I asked Max to prep everything so that "the deal" could transpire as quickly as possible. Rocco was courteous and professional, but most importantly, he clearly respected my time. I was in and out of his office in 2-3 minutes.

Both Max and Rocco stated, "If you have any questions or concerns, big or small, I want you to call me." I think they meant it.

Lastly, you are the only dealership that I encountered during my initial web search that put the $2,200 discount on 2011 models right up front on the web site. This level of transparency made me think I was getting a good deal without the need to haggle.

My family and I travelled to Langhorne from Boston this week to visit Sesame Place. It's a good time, but very tiring as you may or may not know. During our last night in town I noticed the generator light on my 2008 Jetta. Needless to say I was concerned about driving 300 miles with power failure looming. I was frustrated because we had important matters to deal with back at home.

I stopped by VW of Langhorne Thursday morning just after 7:00 AM without an appointment, and the family and I were on the road back to Boston with a new alternator before noon. I find this remarkable given the already busy customer schedule, and the fact that the part was not in stock. Frank Indelicato was very friendly, diligent and accommodating. He orchestrated everything perfectly, including the coordination with the folks that handle my extended service contract. Mark (tech) was very efficient by prepping the car while the part was on route from another store and replaced the alternator upon arrival. Marty (driver) was very friendly and was able to drive me back to the hotel to be with the family while the repair was made and he picked me up promptly when the repair was complete.

I was extremely satisfied and impressed with the level of service delivered by your team at VW of Langhorne, they definitely exceeded my expectations. Frank Indelicato and company really came through for a VW customer in a time of need. The folks they serve in your area are in great hands.

I am on my third Volkswagen purchased from your dealership. One of the reasons that I am a repeat customer is the outstanding service provided by Frank Indelicato. Last Friday is an example. I found that the latch on my car was broken preventing me from entering my car on the driver side. I did not realize I had a problem until Friday at 4:30. I called Frank and asked when he could schedule me. Unfortunately for me and good for you, your service department is very busy and an appointment was not available until late this week. Frank must have heard the disappointment in my voice because he said bring your car over now and I will take a look at it. An hour and a half later, my Passat was fixed and I was leaving as a very satisfied customer. My next car will be another Volkswagen, not only because I love the car, but I can depend on your service department to keep it running.

Chris is a no nonsense kind of guy who at the end of the day one can describe as an honest "What you see is what you get." He reserved a car for me with no down payment almost three weeks, and then did everything he could to close my courtesy trade-in with out of State buyers (from Texas). I'm writing you about my recent service appointment last Friday. My wife brought in our Passat Wagon to have a blown tire repaired. Frank Indelicato was able to squeeze our car in that afternoon.

I don't normally do this but I specifically wanted to take the time to express how much I value Frank's excellent service not only for this appointment but previous appointments over the last 10 years. I have been a loyal customer of VW Langhorne for over 6 years. I leased my first new car (Touareg) from your dealership and after 4 years bought one. One of the main reasons why I bought the car from your dealership was the wonderful service that Frank Indelicato provided me during the 4 years of leasing.

Growing up (the youngest of 3 girls), my father among the many jobs he had repaired all of the family vehicles and I never worried about dealing with, what my father would say, the "non-trusting auto shops" and how they would rob you blind since most people don't know anything about cars. So as you could expect I was quite nervous during the leasing process of my Toureg, knowing that I would have to be prepared for the service that would be needed. This nervous feeling all changed when I met Frank. After meeting Frank and being exposed to his honest, accommodating, responsive, helpful, and wonderful self, he made me feel so comfortable dropping off my car that I never worried he would suggest a service that was not needed.

I continue after 6 years to use your service center truly because of Frank. I realize that it could be a little bit more expensive, but it is worth it because of the superb service that Frank provides.

On Saturday, I purchased my 5th Volkswagen from your agency. I have had 4 Passats all sold to me by your BEST sales associate ( Jim Lazarides). The first one was is 2000. The next were in 2003, 2004, 2007 and now the VW CC. He is knowledgeable, very helpful and low key in his approach to the sale. Quite frankly he is one of the reasons I keep returning. I have driven other cars with the brief thought that I might purchase from a competitor. The thought of having my car serviced any place else is also a concern. The package that you offer of Mr. Lazarides and Frank Indelicato in the service department keep me coming back.

Honestly, I am not related to either of them......but they deserve my praise and probably monetary compensation from you. In addition to the cars, they have been the primary reason I keep coming back.

Kudos to Rocco as well.
